Payment Terms
- One year (12 cheques) payment should be paid in advance.
- 5% VAT will be applicable according to U.A.E laws.
- All cheques payable in favour of Azinova Technologies LLC.
- External Payment Gateway Integration charge will be AED 2000 additional (One Time)
- Standard Package
- Maximum 20 staffs
- After 20 staffs, it will be additional AED 10/staff
- Advanced Package
- Maximum 40 staffs
- After 40 staffs, it will be additional AED 10/staff
- Enterprise Package
- Maximum 70 staffs
- After 70 staffs, it will be additional AED 10/staff
Bulk SMS Charges
- Free SMS applicable according to package
- Additional SMS charges for Standard package – AED 10 fils/SMS.
- Additional SMS charges for Advanced package – AED 9 fils/SMS.
- Additional SMS charges for Enterprise package – AED 8 fils/SMS.
- SMS sender ID will be a one-time cost of AED 300.
Online Payment Terms and Conditions
- Payment gateway transaction charges will be additional (3% + AED 1 per transaction).
- Half Monthly payment will be settled in the next 7 working days.
Change Management
To ensure success of the current project, it is important that changes to the scope of project are managed effectively. The change requests can be raised when the first demo is presented. Major change requests need to be approved by the project head of Azinova. The additional changes to the initial requirement will cost extra and will be calculated based on the work. Apart from the changes in the functional requirements or design, delays in resolving issues or in clarification of requirements may also result in change requests leading to rescheduling of the delivery milestones, even though they may not change the scope of the project.
General Terms and Conditions
- Support
- Four hours onsite support and training for Standard package.
- Eight hours onsite support and training for Advanced package.
- Twelve hours onsite support and training for Enterprise package.
- Additional on-site support will be additional cost.
- Data migration is included only with the enterprise package. Other packages, data migration will be chargeable based on the amount of data
- Subscription includes web server charges.
- Subscription does not include any hardware.
- Customers should purchase tablets/phone for Driver/Cleaner application.
- Call logger hardware should be purchased additionally.
- The delay from the client in sharing the requirements for the implementation of the project will result in deviation of the quoted delivery date, and we shall not be deemed responsible for the same.
- Major changes in design, layout, or adding new functionality (depending on the feasibility) will be charged extra as per man hours.
- Rework is not included in the package. If any rework requested it will be charged extra as per man hours.
- Updation and other issues of the software will be addressed and fixed on or within one working day from the receipt of request.
- Service Availability
- The standard Support service will be available between 9 am and 6 pm UAE Standard Time Saturday through Thursday, excluding UAE national holidays and will be limited to online support, except for exceptional cases where online support is not viable. The maximum turnaround time is 6 hours from the time incident reported and will be provided workaround within 24 hours. Support is limited to 1 year from the date of delivery or the start of your Annual Maintenance contract. Service availability may occasionally deviate from stated hours due to downtime for systems and server maintenance and observed public holidays.
- The maximum turnaround time for 24 hour working days support and 24/7 support is 4 hours and workaround within 12 hours or next working day whichever is applicable.
- Azinova does not claim to resolve connectivity issues caused by third-party services, service providers, operating systems, hardware or other software, or networking problems.
